Sundays in summer stretch like enchanted lakes, still and endless. On such days, breakfast on the sunny terrace is a treat. I particularly love this almost vegan version, with fresh rolled oats, soy yogurt, topped with Nutella (the non-vegan part) and fresh fruits. This one has strawberries from the garden, mango, grapes and cherries. I love the swirling soy milk to top the coffee and rather pretentiously call it the dance of the elf bride. An appropriate homage to the glorious day ahead.
